Whats should i do if I received a defective item?

You may courier back to our office within 7 days of receiving your parcel in comply with our return policy. Please contact our customer service immediately on the same day with supporting evidence such as picture showing the defected part and invoice number.

What is defective item?

The following conditions are considered as defective item such as:

-Product leaking.
-Mismatch of product.

Terms & Conditions

-Return item must courier back to our office within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
-No cash refund allowed.
-Buyers responsible for parcels sent back for return and exchange. Therefore, we recommend you to send the parcel via courier services with tracking number provided.
-Return items must be in its original condition (unused, product with box)
-Normally it takes 7 – 10 working days for processing of the return items. 

We reserved the right ot reject any returned to any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
