What it does

MJJC Pro V3.0 is a pressure-washer foam cannon for applying a suitable foaming car-wash shampoo. It combines stainless-steel and brass components with a grooved bottle, a stable base and an anti-leak quick-attach cap for convenient filling and handling.

Suitable for vehicle washing with a compatible cold-water pressure washer, the correct connection and a shampoo intended for foam-cannon use. Select the package to suit the equipment you already own.

Choose the correct connection

Cannon choices: K-Series, AQT/Aquatak, Apacxx-type or 1/4-inch quick connection. Match this connection to the attachment outlet on your existing pressure-washer gun.

Cannon + Gun Set choices: K-Series hose connection, 3/8-inch quick connection, 8 mm, 9 mm, M22 x 1.5 mm with 14 mm inner bore, or M22 x 1.5 mm with 15 mm inner bore. Match this connection to the hose end that attaches to the supplied gun.

The 8 mm and 9 mm choices refer to the hose-end connector, not the outside diameter of the hose. M22-14 mm and M22-15 mm have different inner bores. The gun’s 1/4-inch outlet is a different connection from its hose inlet.

Check the exact washer model, connector shape and size. A brand name alone does not confirm compatibility. If unsure, send us your washer model and a clear photo of the gun outlet or hose end before ordering.

Adjusting the foam

The top knob lets you adjust foam output for your wash setup. Begin with the shampoo maker’s recommended foam-cannon dilution and make small changes rather than adding extra shampoo automatically.

Foam appearance depends on the shampoo, dilution, washer and fitted orifice. Choose settings that give useful coverage and follow the shampoo’s dwell and rinsing instructions. A thick-looking foam does not replace the correct wash process.

Orifice selection

The internal orifice is a separate component from the external hose or gun connector. Its size must suit the pressure-washer setup; a smaller orifice is not an automatic upgrade. If you need a different size, ask for guidance with your exact washer model and operating specifications before changing it.

Use the equipment limits stated for every component in your system. A connection that fits physically does not establish pressure compatibility.

Directions for use

1. Switch off the pressure washer and release trapped pressure as directed in its manual before fitting the cannon or changing connections.
2. Prepare the shampoo solution in the bottle using the shampoo maker’s foam-cannon dilution. Secure the bottle, attach the correct connector and check that all connections are locked.
3. Start the washer according to its instructions. Test the output away from people and the vehicle, then adjust the foam control for suitable coverage.
4. Test a small, inconspicuous area first using a suitable pressure, spray pattern and distance. Apply according to the shampoo instructions and do not allow the solution to dry on the surface.
5. Stop and depressurise before changing to a suitable rinsing attachment. Rinse and continue the wash process as directed by the shampoo and pressure-washer manufacturers.
6. After use, run clean water through the cannon for 30 seconds to flush shampoo residue, then rinse the bottle and shut down the washer as directed.

Precautions and care

• Use with cold-water pressure washers only. Do not connect to a hot-water machine.
• Never direct the spray at people, animals or electrical equipment. Wear suitable eye protection and keep children away.
• Do not exceed the rating of the lowest-rated gun, hose, connector or attachment. Never disconnect a pressurised fitting.
• Check seals, connections and the bottle for damage or leaks before use. Stop if the connection does not secure correctly.
• Follow the shampoo’s surface, dilution and dwell-time instructions. Keep a suitable distance from paint, trim, seals and delicate components.
• Rinse after every use. If the foam output changes, check the dilution, water supply and cannon condition before changing orifice size.
