Welcome to CARPRO.my, operated by CarPro Trading Sdn Bhd, trading as CARPRO Malaysia (“CARPRO Malaysia”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of CARPRO.my and purchases made directly through our website. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies referred to below.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
About CARPRO Malaysia
CARPRO Malaysia distributes and sells automotive detailing products, chemicals, coatings, tools, machines, equipment, accessories and related products.
Products available through CARPRO.my include CARPRO-branded products as well as products manufactured or supplied by third-party brands.
We may also provide automotive detailing-related training, workshops and other services.
Our Role as Distributor, Reseller and Retailer
Depending on the product, CarPro Trading Sdn Bhd may act as an authorised distributor, distributor, reseller or retailer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CarPro Trading Sdn Bhd is not the manufacturer of products offered for sale through CARPRO.my.
Product design, formulation, manufacturing, factory quality control, specifications and manufacturer warranties are generally determined by the respective manufacturers.
Where a manufacturer or authorised distributor provides a warranty, CARPRO Malaysia may assist customers with warranty inspection or assessment. Technical assessment may be carried out by the relevant manufacturer, authorised distributor or appointed service centre.
Our role as distributor, reseller or retailer does not exclude or limit any obligation that applies to us as a supplier under Malaysian law.
Product Information and Manufacturer Changes
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and other information displayed on CARPRO.my are accurate.
Manufacturers may occasionally revise product formulation, packaging, labels, specifications, dimensions, accessories, colours or designs without prior notice.
As a result, actual product packaging or appearance may sometimes differ from photographs shown on the website without affecting the identity or intended function of the product.
Customers should check product descriptions, size, specifications, voltage, fitting, compatibility and intended application before purchasing.
If a particular specification or compatibility is important, please contact CARPRO Malaysia before ordering.
Technical Advice, Application and Product Results
Many products sold through CARPRO.my are professional or technical automotive detailing products. Correct preparation, dilution, application, installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance and storage may be important to their performance.
Customers should read and follow applicable product instructions, warnings and manufacturer recommendations.
Product performance may be affected by factors including surface condition, preparation, application technique, dilution, temperature, humidity, curing conditions, compatibility with other products, equipment used, operating conditions, maintenance and storage.
Technical guidance provided through CARPRO.my, WhatsApp, customer support, training, videos, social media or other channels is provided in good faith based on the information reasonably available to us.
General technical advice does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of a particular result. Customers who are uncertain about product suitability, compatibility or application should contact us before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARPRO Malaysia is not responsible for loss, damage or unsatisfactory results caused by misuse, incorrect application or dilution, unsuitable surfaces or materials, incompatible products, incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, unauthorised modification or repair, improper maintenance or storage, contamination, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow applicable instructions.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory right or guarantee that applies under Malaysian law.
Orders, Pricing and Payment
By placing an order through CARPRO.my, you offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders are subject to successful payment, product availability and reasonable verification of pricing and order information.
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable delivery charges and other charges will be shown where required during checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing. However, genuine typographical, technical or system errors may occasionally occur.
Where an obvious pricing error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order and provide the applicable refund.
We may also cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary due to payment failure, suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, stock errors or other obvious system errors.
Where we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, discrepancies may occasionally occur due to simultaneous online and offline sales, inventory errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative with your agreement, arrange a back-order where appropriate, or provide a refund for the unavailable item.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Delivery times shown on CARPRO.my are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, port congestion, customs procedures, transportation disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where a shipment is delayed, lost or damaged.
Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery or customer-requested redelivery may be borne by the customer where appropriate.
Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery. Visible damage, leakage, incorrect products or missing items should preferably be reported to CARPRO Malaysia within 48 hours of receipt so that we can investigate promptly.
This 48-hour reporting period does not remove any statutory right or remedy that may apply under Malaysian law.
Returns, Refunds and Defective Products
CARPRO Malaysia provides a voluntary 7-day change-of-mind return period from the date an order is received, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Generally, change-of-mind returns require products to remain unused, unopened, complete and in their original resalable condition.
Different conditions may apply to chemicals, coatings, liquids, machines, tools, equipment, consumables and products that have been opened, assembled, installed, connected, filled or used.
Where a product is claimed to be defective, we may require supporting information and inspection or assessment before determining the appropriate remedy.
Where goods are confirmed to be defective or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer guarantees, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with Malaysian law.

Warranty
Some products, particularly machines, electrical equipment, tools, sprayers and third-party products, may be covered by a manufacturer or distributor warranty.
Warranty periods and conditions vary according to product and brand.
Where applicable, CARPRO Malaysia may assist customers in submitting a product to the relevant manufacturer, authorised distributor or service centre for assessment.
Warranty coverage may be affected by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, consumable parts, incorrect voltage, unsuitable chemicals, contamination, corrosion, improper maintenance, unauthorised modification or repair, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Manufacturer or distributor warranties do not remove statutory rights that apply under Malaysian law.
Business and Professional Purchases
CARPRO.my supplies both individual customers and professional or business customers, including detailers, workshops, dealers and other commercial users.
Where products are purchased for business, professional, commercial or resale purposes, separate dealer, wholesale, distributor or commercial terms may apply.
Business and professional customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended commercial application and that persons using professional products have appropriate knowledge, training and safety procedures.
Consumer protections specifically applicable to personal, domestic or household purchases may not apply in the same manner to business or commercial purchases.
Nothing in this section removes any legal right applicable to a particular transaction.
Membership, Promotions and Discounts
CARPRO Malaysia may offer membership programmes, seasonal promotions, bonus discounts, vouchers, coupon codes, free gifts and other promotional benefits.
Individual programmes or promotions may have their own qualification requirements, spending thresholds, validity periods, product exclusions, usage limits and other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional benefits have no cash value and discounts may not be combined where the applicable promotion does not permit stacking.
We may refuse, cancel or reverse benefits obtained through fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, exploitation of an obvious system error or other misuse.
Where an order is returned, applicable discounts, free gifts or promotional benefits may be recalculated according to the original promotion and our Refund & Return Policy.
We may revise future membership and promotional programmes from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Training, Workshops and Services
Training, workshops and other services may be subject to specific booking or participation conditions.
Customers are responsible for attending at the confirmed date and time.
Confirmed booking fees may be non-refundable where clearly stated, subject to applicable Malaysian law.
Where rescheduling is permitted, customers should contact CARPRO Malaysia as early as reasonably possible.
If CARPRO Malaysia cancels a paid session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for providing accurate details.
CARPRO.my must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities. We may reasonably restrict or suspend accounts associated with suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, security concerns or serious misuse.
CARPRO.my contains intellectual property owned by or licensed to CarPro Trading Sdn Bhd, CARPRO and other third-party rights holders, including trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, graphics and website content.
Such intellectual property may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission from the relevant rights holder except where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability and Events Beyond Our Control
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, CARPRO Malaysia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or resulting from misuse, incorrect application, incompatible use, improper installation, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance or failure to follow applicable instructions.
We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation or courier disruption, port congestion, customs delays, government restrictions, utility or telecommunications failures and comparable events.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate solution.
Privacy, Special Programmes and Related Policies
Personal information collected through CARPRO.my will be handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian personal data protection requirements.
Special programmes may be subject to separate programme-specific terms. For example, participation in the CARPRO Malaysia Affiliate Program is governed by separate Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions should therefore be read together, where applicable, with:

Changes, Governing Law and Contact
CARPRO Malaysia may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, policies or applicable law. The latest version will be published on CARPRO.my with the updated revision date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not unlawfully remove rights already acquired under a completed transaction.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from exercising any statutory right to seek redress through an appropriate Malaysian court, tribunal or authority.
